Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our Melbourne storefront address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
